Milestones
- Capture of the active-agent transport
- Hiving returning forager bees at the entrance board.
- Preparation of pollen pellets and honey stomachs.
- Residue analysis of pollen and nectar.
- Optimised application technology (partner: Lechler GmbH)
- Reducing the number of flowers that are directly wetted by insecticides by using deeper hanging spray nozzles.
- Objective: no contamination of nectar and pollen.
- Encapsulated repellents (partner: Syngenta Agro GmbH)
- Slow release of those substances that have a deterrent effect on bees by using micro-capsule technology.
- Objective: no contact to treated flowers.
